Very often we tend to think we already know how things are and how things work. We are dealing with the majority of our daily tasks without thinking. This is necessary to manage all the needs that show up. In Digital Transformation (and not only in this topic) it is relevant to check, to look at it once more. When I talk to my clients I often hear: ‚We have no clue what to do better. It is all working pretty well.‘ Yes. It does. But: Are all steps still relevant? Is that what you do still an added value for the product or service? For your client? And even more important for you and your business? In most of the cases, we identified steps which did not add value anymore, tasks that still take time, resources, energy. What is it around you that you can get rid of?
