Speak up and talk about your needs, your wishes. You need to tell others, you can’ t expect that they know about it. Be accountable, don’t think others have to make sure you are happy. The world is changing rapidly. Be transparent so that others better understand your behavior and the way how you act. Don’t expect others knowing what you want or need. Tell them!
