In the past 20 years, we were mainly trained to fulfill the tayloristic requirements in our work. With the Digital Transformation, we have now the opportunity to create a more human working environment. Instead of waiting for the command & control orders we start now acting. We still have to generate added value in our business but we have the freedom to make it a better place.
