This is a huge change for companies, company owners, salespeople… The majority of businesses has its products, services developed. They know the solution to problems their clients are sometimes even not aware of. Ths might work in several cases. But there is often a huge discrepancy between that what is offered and what is required. This causes frustration and problems on both sides.

Why not change this behavior? Why not starting interacting with each other? Why not listening? Why not talking with each other?

Portfolios, catalogues, packages are really great for most of products and services but if you want to make the difference: Listen first! Your customer will value this!
